Instructions:

1.     Leaders whose names are given should compulsorily attend the meeting.

2.     Circle Secretaries of NFPE should take initiative to arrange the joint meeting.  They should consult each other and finalise the programme and arrange grand meetings..

3.     Maximum publicity should be given to campaign programme and maximum participation of employees should be ensured.

4.     Circle Unions / Divisional Unions should make maximum effort to make the strike a grand success.  Joint campaign programmes by Circle / Divisional Union Leaders may be organized in all Circles / Divisions.

5.     Strike notice will be served to Secretary, Department of Posts on 11.08.15.  Copy may be served to all Circles / Divisional heads also.  Copy of the strike notice may be down loaded from websites of NFPE & affiliated Unions.

6.     All the Unions are participating in the One Day Strike on 02^nd September, 2015, Make the strike cent per cent success.

Sub: -  All India Women’s Workshop – Confederation of Central Government Employees & Workers from 9^th to 10^th October 2015 at Hyderabad.

Dear Comrades,

Two days All India Women’s Workshop of Confederation of CGE&W will be held at Hyderabad from 9^th to 10^th October 2015.

NFPE has been allotted quota of 65 Women delegates. Accordingly the quota is allotted as organisation wise.

P3 – 15, P4-15, R3-10, R4-5, Admin-3, Postal Accounts – 3, SBCO-2, Civil Wing-2, GDS-10

Please allot quota accordingly circle wise and ensure participation.

Delegate Fee – Rs. 500/- (Rs. Five Hundred Only) per head.

NB: - (1).  Each organisation should issue their circular.

(2). While deciding the delegates, concerned All India office bearer and Mahila Committee Members should be included.

(3). All should be instructed to book their To & Fro tickets without any delay to avoid inconvenience.

(4). All India Women’s Committee office bearers and Mahila Committee members should compulsorily attend.

(5).  New Women’s Committee of Confederation will be elected in the Workshop.

SUBMISSION OF DECLARATION OF ASSETS AND LIABILITIES BY CSS OFFICERS – DOPT ORDERS ON 16.7.2015

Subject: The Lokpal and Lokayuktas Act, 2013- Submission of declaration of assets and liabilities by CSS officers – regarding.

            The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 9th and 23th April, 2015 regarding declaration of assets and

liabilities by CSS officers under the Lokpal and Iokayuktas Act. 2013 and to state that vide Notifications dated 27.4,2015 the last date for filing of returns by public servants under the Lokpal and Lokayuktas Act. 2013 as on 1.8.2014 and as on 31.3.2015 has been extended to 15th October 2015.

2.         All CSS Officers are requested to file the returns for the year 2014 (as on 1.8.2014) and for the year 2015 (as on 31.3.2015) on line at cscms.nic.in at

the earliest. All officers of US and above levels of CSS should also take a print out of the return filed on line and submit to this Department duly signed.

3.         Filing of returns at the last moment by thousands of officers makes the system sluggish and lead to delay in filing of the returns. In view of this, all CSS Officers are requested to file the returns at the earliest without waiting for the last date to approach to avoid rush and slowing down of the system at the last moment.

4.         Ministries/Departments are requested that the contents of this O.M. may be widely circulated to the notice of all CSS officers working under their control. They should also monitor and ensure that the returns are submitted by all officers within the stipulated period without fail through Web Based Cadre Management System.

5.         A copy of FAQs on Lokpal and Iokayuktas Act,s 2013 circulated by this Department is also attached for information.
