Before 31st March there is no chance for additional allocation of Funds. If any circle is surrendering the allotted funds then it can be re-allotted to Assam. I will contact Directorate.Circle Union should give a letter to CPMG explaining to position in Divisions and discuss with him in person and build up pressure so that CPMG will also contact Directorate.
