Four monthly meeting with the CPMG,Assam Circle and the DPS(HQ) was held on 2/12/2013. Com L.P.Saikia,C/S and Com Bipul Nath,Asstt. Circle Secretary represernted from Group'C' Union and the meeting ended successfully. Minutes will be published after receipt.
RJCM Meeting was held on 4/12/2013. All Circle Secretaries from Union Side and the CPMG. PMG DPS(HQ) and AD(Welfare) from Administrative side attended the Meeting and every item was discussed briefly. The CPMG thanked all the members for successful end of the meeting. Minutes will be published after receipt.

Deployment of Home Guard in HPOs is necessary due to present disturbed situation which was accepted in the RJCM Meeting and it is possible only on receipt of the proposal from the Divisional Heads. Hence the Branch/Divisional Secretaries will approach the Dvl Heads for sending proposal to Circle Office for deployment of Home Guards for 24hours in H.Os.
