Sub:- Amendment to the Constitution of AIPEU Group’C’ approved by the 29^th AIC held at Thiruvananthapuram – request for approval

Sir,

             The 29^th All India Conference of AIPEU Group ‘C’ held at Thiruvananthapuram  from 2013 March 10^th to 13^th has approved the following amendments to the constitution of the union as approved vide Dte’s letter no. B/1/2013-SR dated 25-04-13

SL	Clause	Existing Clause	Amendments approved
1	Clause 38 A	The monthly subscription of members shall be Rs 30/- (Rs Thirty )only.	The monthly subscription of members shall be Rs 50/- (Rs fifty ) only
2	Clause 39(b)	The monthly subscription shall be allocated as under:- Branch  - 14.50 Circle    - 08.00 All India  - 06.00 NFPE       - 1.50 Total       - 30.00	The monthly subscription shall be allocated as under:- Branch    - 24.50 Circle      - 15.00 All India – 08.00 NFPE      -  2.50 Total      -  50.00

 

The above amendment shall take effect from 01-07-13. Revised subscription is to be recovered from the salary for the month of July 2013

I request you kindly to instruct all Divisional Heads/ DDOs for effecting the recovery of subscription at the revised rate from the pay roll of July 2013 itself
