It is known to you that the Circle Working Committee and Central Working Committee Meeting will be held at Guwahati on 13/12/2013 and from 14/12/2013 to 15/12/2013 respectively and a huge amount will be required to make it a grand success. For this, a strong receiption committee was formed with Com. Thagiram Nath as President, Com Saifur Zaman as General Secretary and Com. Bishnuram Rava as Financial Secretary and other members (Details of Receiption Committee will follow). It is therefore requested to remit Donation as fixed on the basis of Receipt Book(already sent) to Com. Bishnuram Rabha, Financial Secretary,Receiption Committee, P.O. Guwahati G.P.O. . It is also to mention that we are going to hold the Central Working Committee Meeting for the FIRST TIME in ASSAM and we can hope that you will forward your helping hands to make it a grand success.
