Four monthly meeting with the CPMG, Assam Circle will be held on 29.04.2014 and the following items have been sent for discussion.

List of Items  to be discussed :

1. (a) Grant of honorarium to the employees engaged in CBS works .
   (b) Attachment of one more Supervisor post in HSG-l, CBS Offices for working in Finacle Software.
         It is observed that the employees who working in Finacle software have to work late night as they are not stable with this software.  Hence it is requested to grant Honorarium at least @ Rs.200/-- per day to each official who have been working in Finacle software.
        Workload of Supervisor, CBS becomes too heavy. He has to verify all the Accounts received from the counters before payment. Minimum one (1) minute or more is required to discharge a certificate and as a result, the customers become dissatisfy and make several arguments for which the counter PAs and Supervisors cannot discharge their services promptly. It is therefore requested to attach one more Supervisor post in Finacle System
2. Clearance of Pending Medical Bills.
   A large nos. of Medical Bills are lying pending in the Divisions since long as follows:-
   Dibrugarh Dvn.- Rs. 7,00,000/-, Nagaon Dvn.- Rs. 35,00,000/-, Darrang Dvn.- Rs. 9,00,000/-, Tinsukia Dvn.- Rs. 13,00,000/-, Cachar Dvn.- Rs. 30,00,000/-, Nalbari Dvn.-Rs. 7,00,000/-
   It is therefore requested kindly to take necessary action for clearance all pending Medical Bills early.
3. (a) Replacement of  25kv Generator of Tezpur H.O. with a new one.
   (b) Supply of at least two high speed passbook printers to each CBS Office.
            Generator of Tezpur HO is  very old and it becomes out of order frequently for which the office works remain stop 2 to 3 hrs daily for which public suffers. Hence it is requested to replace the old Generator with a new one immediately for the interest of service.
           Passbook printers  are  very slow for Finacle software and not working properly. So, it is requested to supply high speed passbook printers to CBS offices.
