Sub :    Regarding allotment of fund for reimbursement of medical bills

Madam,

            It is to intimate that a large numbers of medical bills are lying pending since long in the Divisions without reimbursement due to want of fund. As Bohag Bihu, which is a major festival in Assam is coming soon; the staff/members are quite agitated and are pressing hard for reimbursement of their medical bills.

            Hence it is requested kindly to allot medical funds to the Divisions immediately for reimbursement of medical bills of the staffs.
