Dear Comrade,
It is intimated by the General Secretary, Group"C", AIPEU that Next All India Conference (AIC) will be held at Luknow (UP) in the year 2015. Date is yet to be finalized.
If the AIC date is fixed in April 2015 or 1st half of May 2015, then the delegates strength will be calculated as per quota received by CHQ from 01-04-2012 to 30-04-2014 that is up to this month end including one month grace period (and NOT up to 30-04-2015 that is next year). Quota remittance in April 2012 (Grace period) due for previous period will not be taken into account.
You are once again requested to remit quota to CHQ up to 31-03-2014 immediately ( not later than 30-04-2014) and also all other dues to CHQ.
Please treat it as most urgent and important
