DA LATEST POSITION

THE DA PROPOSAL IS PENDING CLEARANCE OF CABINET.
PRIME MINISTER IS REACHING DELHI ON 12th.

WE EXPECT IT TO BE CLEARED BY TUESDAY

    This is for the first time Da is not paid before Bihu. So sad!
