A Seminar cum Study Camp organised by NFPE is going to be held on 27/04/2013 and 28/04/2013 at District Library, Guwahati. All the Branch/Divisional Secretaries, Group-C of Assam Circle are requested to send atleast two delegates from their branches. The CPMG, Assam Circle was requested to grant Special Casual Leave vide letter no. A1/Seminar/Postal Policy/2012 dtd 16/04/2013. Delegate fees  is fixed Rs 600/- per member.
